Privacy Statement for The Luxury Travel Designer AS
This privacy statement explains how The Luxury Travel Designer AS is responsible for collecting and processing of personal data. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that this information is correctly protected. In Norway, the collection of personal data is regulated by the Personal Data Act.
What data do we collect?
When you enroll as a participant in our Education Program, we collect the personal information you provide during sign up, such as your name, email address, job title, and company name.
Consent
When you provide us with personal information to become a participant in the Education Program, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at [email protected].
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence.

We use your data to manage your account and to follow your progress through the course.
We will never share your data with third party organizations, unless required to by law.

Marketing
We would like to send you information about services and products of ours we think you might like, as well as those of our suppliers. We will not pass your data on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies
This website uses cookies. As an important part of creating a user-friendly website, we use Google Analytics to analyze the user pattern of those visiting our website.

An IP address is defined as personal data because it can be traced back to a specific piece of hardware and thus to an individual. We use Google Analytics' tracking code which anonymizes the IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. Thus, the stored IP address cannot be used to identify the individual user.

Name: _ga Expiry date: 2 years. Used to distinguish between unique, anonymous users - and gathers information about behavior.
Name: _gat Expiry date: 10 min. Used to slow down the request rate and limit the collection of data on websites with high traffic.

Our training program contains links to other websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our website. Should you open the link to another website, we recommend you refer to their privacy policy.
